The City of Orange proudly presents the 30th Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and Candlelight Choir Procession to be held at the Old Towne Orange Plaza at the corner of Chapman Ave. and Glassell St. on Sunday, December 8, 2024. This event is being funded through the fundraising efforts of the Orange Community Master Chorale with support from the Community Foundation of Orange.

Festivities begin at 3:30 p.m. with kids activities, a photo opportunity with Santa, and booths from non-profit groups. Official Musical Program begins at 5:15 p.m. with songs by a local youth choir, the lighting of our City's tree, and traditional carols by a full choir and orchestra led by Michael Short.

Public parking is available at the Old Towne West Metrolink parking structure on Lemon St.
In the event of rain, please call (714) 744-7278 for relocation details.

City-wide special events will adhere to current CDPH safety guidelines and are subject to change and/or cancellation.

The Winter Wonderland is a free event for the whole family. We’ll be providing a crafts booth, a train ride, a prayer booth and a few other fun activities. It’s a great way for you to connect with your community during this holiday season.

We’re looking for individuals who are willing to serve at the Winter Wonderland throughout this event; with set-up, the booths and clean-up.
