When we come together, we can impact schools, neighborhoods, and non-profit causes in our city.

As churches, businesses, agencies and City Hall work together throughout the year, our hope is that it connects us more with one another, creates more civic pride/concern, and helps to make a difference in some very practical ways.

Throughout the year, we host different events to facilitate the impact we want to make in Orange. Whether it's picking up trash at a park, helping to set-up for the Tree Lighting or assisting in one of our projects, joining one of our city-wide events is a great way to get involved.

WAYS TO
GET INVOLVED:

Contact us for more: info@loveorange.org

Every Spring, join Orange residents as they take steps towards loving on their community. From Easter to Pentecost, we provide ways for individuals and groups to connect with their neighbors, strangers and non-profits through "50 Days of Love". It might be writing a note of encouragement, volunteering with a local non-profit or even making a donation. Whatever the opportunity, we encourage you to step out and make a lasting impact in your city.

On the 1st Saturday in October, we host a City-Wide Volunteer Day. We start the day with a Kick-off Festival, which brings everyone together, before volunteers head off to help out with the projects they’ve signed up for. It’s a special day where our whole community works together to practically serve and make a difference in our city. Click here for our City-Wide Volunteer Day 2023!

City of Orange's Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and Candlelight Choir Procession is held on the 1st Sunday in December in the Old Towne Orange Plaza. It’s a great time to see the tree, hear the choir, take tons of photos and join in on some family games and activities. We’re always looking for individuals who are willing to volunteer at the Winter Wonderland, a fun family friendly part of the Tree Lighting.

The Gathering 2022!

Every three years, middle school, high school, and college students from across North America come together in Orange County for an experience unlike any other. For five jam-packed days, students hear from gifted speakers, sing praises to God, dive into the Word, engage in service projects, and interact with others from across Canada and the US.

Last July, we welcomed over 100 students who volunteered in 10 projects all over Orange and Anaheim!
That's 561 volunteer hours!
